Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. In no event shall BunBandit's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may:

Upon termination:

• All virtual currency and in-game items are forfeited
• Your account data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Any pending subscriptions will be cancelled
• You will no longer have access to the Service

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BunBandit operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the designated arbitration organization. The arbitration shall take place in the jurisdiction where BunBandit is headquartered.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
