By accessing or using BunBandit ("Game" or "Service"), operated by CodeAustral LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not play or use the Service.
BunBandit is a free-to-play browser-based endless runner game featuring in-app purchase options for cosmetics, coins, and premium features. The game is provided for entertainment purposes only.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at [email protected].
In-game purchases are optional and processed by Stripe, Inc. All purchases are final. We offer a 14-day refund on purchases if you have not yet used the purchased items — contact [email protected] within 14 days. Virtual items have no real-world cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged outside the game.
In-game currency (coins) and virtual items are licensed to you, not sold. We reserve the right to modify, manage, or eliminate virtual items at any time. You acknowledge that virtual items have no monetary value outside the game.
All game content, artwork, characters (including the BunBandit rabbit), music, code, branding, and design are the exclusive property of CodeAustral LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from game assets without written permission.
If you share usernames, scores, or content publicly through leaderboards or community features, you grant us a licence to display that content within the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or that the game will always be available. We may pause, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeAustral LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms, including cheating or abuse. Banning may result in loss of progress and in-game items without refund if the violation is confirmed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, where CodeAustral LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-game notice. Continued play after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
