Effective July 13, 2026. These terms cover the native BunBandit iOS app.

Agreement

These Terms apply to the BunBandit iOS app operated by CodeAustral LLC. By downloading or using BunBandit, you agree to these Terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License and acceptable use

You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BunBandit on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store rules. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, exploit, disrupt or use the app to violate law or another person’s rights, except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.

Gameplay and local progress

BunBandit does not require an account. Scores, unlocked content, settings and most game progress are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app, resetting the device or losing a backup may remove that progress. Game balance, routes, rewards and features may change as we improve the game.

Optional in-app purchases

Purchases are offered and processed by Apple through StoreKit and are subject to Apple’s payment, refund and family-sharing rules. We never receive your full payment-card details. Restorable non-consumable purchases can be restored where supported; consumable items generally cannot be restored after delivery. Virtual items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged outside the app.

Availability and updates

We work to keep BunBandit available and reliable, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. We may release updates, fix defects, adjust compatibility or discontinue a feature. Some updates may be required to keep using the app safely or correctly.

Intellectual property

BunBandit, its characters, logo, artwork, software, audio and other content are owned by CodeAustral LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent allowed by law, BunBandit is provided “as is” and “as available.” CodeAustral LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited in your country.

Changes and governing terms

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. The current version and effective date will remain on this page. Apple’s Standard EULA controls where it grants you additional rights or imposes platform-specific obligations.
