Gameplay or controls
Tell us which route you were playing, what you swiped and what happened. A screenshot or short screen recording is especially helpful.
Purchase or restore issue
Use Restore Purchases in the app first. If the entitlement is still missing, contact us with the product name and Apple receipt date. Never send full payment-card information.
Crash or visual problem
Include your iPhone model, iOS version, selected route and the point in the run where the issue occurred. This helps us reproduce the problem quickly.

We welcome ideas about readability, difficulty, motion, sound, controls and accessibility in any of BunBandit’s ten supported languages.
